EZ ROLLER-SPINNER WITH PRE-INSTALLED SPINNER RING & WEDGE NUTS

Works as a Roller but can transform into a Spinner by removing the bolts holding the centre. A flange is pre-installed to hold the wheel in place, so that the wheel can freely spin in either direction.
